My mom was pretty laid back about nudity and had that “they’re just kids attitude” about my friends when we were younger. In those days it meant “it’s no big deal,” while today it means “holy shit I’m going to jail!”

Once a buddy and I walked into the house after playing ball. We were 9. My mom came out of the laundry room wearing only panties saying she didn’t expect us home so soon.

She half heartedly covered her boobs with an arm, but we could still see nipples. I was okay with it but my buddy’s eyes were wide open. I almost started laughing.

I joked with my mom that covering didn’t help because we could still see her boobs. She laughed and dropped her arm. She said she’d change and make us lunch, then she walked down the hall to her bedroom.
